Rules

Standard rules apply across all Spoodie Cup events unless otherwise stated in the event post.

Tournament Format

  • -All tournaments use Swiss rounds followed by a single-elimination top cut.
  • -Number of Swiss rounds and top cut size depends on player count and will be announced per event.
  • -Standard breakdown: Swiss + Top 8 for 32+ players, Swiss + Top 4 for 16-31 players.

Deck Construction

  • -Decks must follow official One Piece TCG deck construction rules.
  • -All cards must be official Bandai prints or officially licensed reprints.
  • -Proxy cards are not allowed.
  • -Players are responsible for knowing the current official ban and restriction list.

Match Rules

  • -All matches are best-of-3.
  • -Players may adjust their deck between games within a match per the official rules.
  • -Match time limit is 40 minutes. If time is called, complete the current game.
  • -Conceding is allowed at any time.

Online Tournaments

  • -Online events are played via an agreed-upon digital client announced with each event.
  • -Players are responsible for a stable internet connection.
  • -Disconnections that cannot be resolved within 5 minutes will be handled at organizer discretion.
  • -All match results must be reported in Discord with a screenshot as confirmation.

Code of Conduct

  • -Treat all players and organizers with respect.
  • -Cheating, stalling, or unsportsmanlike conduct results in immediate disqualification.
  • -All rulings during an event are final at the organizer's discretion.
  • -Disputes must be raised before the next game begins.
